About the Role
StriveX is looking for a Reel & Video Content Creator who genuinely understands badminton and capturing the sport authentically: reading angles, postures, and pace in real time and turning that instinct into short-form video content that resonates with players and fans alike. This is not a generic editing role, subject knowledge of the game is central to doing it well.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) of badminton sessions, drills, matches, and StriveX events, capturing the right angles, rally build-up, and key moments (smashes, net play, footwork).
- Edit raw footage into polished, platform-optimised videos, with pacing that matches the rhythm of the sports
- Conceptualise and storyboard content ideas — technique tips, player highlights, behind-the-scenes, trending challenges
- Stay on top of trending audio, formats, and short-form editing styles, adapting them creatively to badminton and StriveX's messaging.
- Collaborate with the social media and marketing team on content ideas, campaign tie-ins, and posting schedules.
- Track performance of published reels (views, engagement, shares) and adjust content angles/approach based on results.
Qualifications & Skills
- Playing knowledge of badminton is strongly preferred
- Bachelor's (in progress or completed) in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in mobile/desktop editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush/Pro, Canva, or similar).
- A good eye for angles, framing, and timing when filming fast-paced, unpredictable action.

About the Role
Knowza Learning Solutions is looking for a skilled and reliable Full Stack Laravel Developer to join our IT team. The role will involve the full development stack, from database architecture and backend logic to responsive front-end interfaces, while troubleshooting technical issues and developing secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems using PHP/Laravel, including database schema and API architecture
- Build responsive front-end interfaces (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React/Vue.js) with consistent cross-browser/device behaviour
- Build LMS, CMS, and internal portals from scratch, converting wireframes into working pages
- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage code via Bitbucket
- Test, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end and back-end issues
- Monitor server health, resolve incidents, and maintain SSL certificates and PHP versions
- Perform routine DNS record updates and SSL certificate renewals via Cloudflare/Cleavr following documented procedures
- Maintain email deliverability configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and monitor mail server (Postfix) health, escalating anything outside documented procedure
- Keep documentation (CMDB entries, code comments, deployment notes) current for the applications you build and maintain
- Communicate technical progress clearly to management, adjusting scope based on feedback
Qualifications & Skills
- At least Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in building, deploying, and maintaining web applications
- Familiarity with Bootstrap and CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS)
- Strong proficiency in project management with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to writing maintainable, secure code
