About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to lead and execute search marketing strategies across all our websites and digital brands. The role involves managing both SEO and Google Ads (PPC) campaigns to improve visibility, organic traffic, lead generation, and overall conversion performance across multiple international websites.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO and PPC strategies to increase website rankings, traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities across target markets.
- Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, including site performance, indexing, structured data, and backlink growth.
- Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns to maximise ROI and campaign performance.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement digital marketing best practices.
- Monitor, analyse, and report SEO and PPC performance using relevant analytics and marketing tools (Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tag Manager, Search Console, Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush and Moz).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, paid advertising, and digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, search engine algorithms, and digital advertising performance metrics.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, analytics, and campaign management tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Php Laravel and website structures.

About the Role
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Accounts Manager to lead revenue growth, oversee financial operations, and manage a small team comprising Customer Service Representatives and an Accountant. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, sales management expertise, and a solid understanding of accounting and financial controls.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, monitoring financial health, ensuring accurate reporting, and maintaining operational efficiency across all brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and develop the sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets by setting KPIs, coaching team members, improving conversion rates and driving high performance.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, pipeline management, customer consultations, conversions, retention, payment tracking and reconciliation against bank statements to ensure accurate revenue recording.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and analyse sales performance, customer enquiries and market trends to drive sustainable business growth.
- Supervise the accounting function to ensure accurate bookkeeping, financial records, invoicing, account reconciliations, and compliance with company financial procedures and reporting standards.
- Monitor payments, receivables, collections and overdue accounts, ensuring timely follow-up, effective cash flow management and accurate financial reporting.
- Review daily, weekly and monthly sales and financial reports, track revenue against budgets and targets, identify variances and risks, and support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
