Payment & Refunds
What is the cost of your services?
Once we have received your specifications for the product, we will provide you with a quote along with the payment plan. It is hard for us to provide generic costs as each product will be different and customised according to the requirement of each client.
What are your payment methods?
We receive payments through Paypal, Stripe and bank transfer, or you can make the payment in Cash at our office.
Can I get a Refund?
You can cancel your order after placing it so far as we have not started working on your project. If we have started your project and have made some advancement, we will be happy to make changes as per your feedback; the refund at that stage will not be possible.
Refund is only possible if we are unable to deliver your product.
Can I make payment in installments?
Of course, we will agree a payment plan as per your needs. Please get in touch with us for further information.
Are there any discount deals?
For bundled items (if you buy more than one service from us), we offer discounts. Please contact us if you want further detail.
